Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment please note that a credit card must be left on file and by doing so you are agreeing to ALL POLICIES listed below.
In Salon Appointments canceled within 48 hours or less, or for which clients are a “NO-SHOW” will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. No exceptions. If there is any issue with the service you have a 2 week period to make contact so we can discuss the issue and arrange a “fix/redo”
Non Refundable retainer In order to Book.
- May Reschedule once for a future date.
- After 2nd Cancellation/ Rescheduled appointment must send a New Retainer.
On location services such as Bridal Parties & Special Events have a 30 Days Prior to Cancel. If you cancel within 30 Days will incur a charge of 100% of the overall service total.
- H&MU services are non transferable.
Additional $50 if 45+ mins late to your schedule appointment.
